iPhone 12 Leaked Specifications, Features and Launch Date

Like every other phone there'd be leaked specications before the final unveiling of the phone by the phone vendor, iPhone is not a different case. There have been various specifications leaks and concept pictures circulating the internet, here are some of the leaks that have some level of accuracy.

1. iPhone 12 would have 120Hz Display: According to leaks all over the internet, the new iPhone 12 series would feature the really impressive 120Hz refresh rate this feature is tipped to be exclusive to the 6.1 and 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro phones. Reports claim that the ProMotion screens will feature dynamic refresh rate switching allowing them to switch between 60Hz and 120Hz depending on the task at hand. This leak according tipsters, Jon Prosser and Ross Young, who have a track record of giving accurate leaks claim that the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max would come with 120Hz refresh rate.  According to Ross Young, he claimed despite iPhone having the options to switch from 60Hz to 120Hz it won't still be able to compete with LPTO technology that would be available in the Galaxy Note 20 plus/ultra which would is capable of greater power saving. We don't know for sure if Apple would try to imitate the LPTO technology or do something even better, we just have to wait and see.

2. iPhone 12 would come with a smaller Notch: 

Apple has been identified for being unable to lose its notch like most Android devices because of security concerns with the optical Fingerprint scanner, Apple is expected to achieve through rearranging Face ID components, and this gives the iPhone 12 range (it will come to all models) a more modern appearance while retaining its class leading facial recognition.

3. iPhone 12 is coming with a big battery:

iPhone 12 series especially the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max would be powered by a 4400mAh, this development is due to the option to be able to switch from 60Hz to 120Hz which consumes a lot of power. 

4. iPhone 12 camera

The back camera as reveals Apple’s most ambitious camera design to date with enlarged triple cameras on the Pro models joined by the iPad Pro’s remarkable LiDAR sensor, resulting in a quad array with a centered True Tone flash. 

5. They'd be no Airpods in the box: 

Another report has backed up claims that Apple will not be including a pair of EarPods with the iPhone 12 handsets when they are released later this year. The details come from Wedbush’s Dan Ives, as reported by Benjamin Mayo:

6. iPhone 12 series should launch later this year
