iPhone users are facing serious software issues . Recently Apple confirmed two serious problems for iPhone and iPads and now there's another. A growing number of iPhone users according to MacRumours have been reporting several battery drain problems. One reason is because of the Apple Music app, interestingly you don't have to be a subscriber to be affected. The preinstalled app is monopolizing battery resources and iPhones that are badly hit only last for few hours on full charge. Apple support has confirmed this problem and there hasn't been any software fix for it, the only way it can be solved for now is by a full factory reset aka the nuclear option.
